Customers ordering a G-Range, A-Range, X1, Basebox or Basebox+ building qualify for one free gift as part of the promotion from the described selection if they book into a qualifying installation date before the end of March 2026.
Promotional gifts will be removed from the order if the customer cancels their order, or moves their installation date out of a qualifying timeframe, and the customer would be liable to cover any extra costs should the customer choose to keep any building upgrade gift options.
The ‘Tech Pack’ and ‘John Lewis Voucher’ gifts will be sent to the customer’s building installation delivery address on completion of the building installation and once the final balance payment is received.
There is no gift valid for Basebox Kit or Annex buildings.
The Free Gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, has no cash alternative, and is not for resale.

All timber used is FSC certified and sourced from sustainable forest programmes. We are advocates of using recycling. We also plant five trees to replace every one that we use.
The Green Retreats Group sends no waste to landfill. All waste generated by The Green Retreats Group is either recycled or used as fuel to produce power for our local village power grid.
